Kris showed us different properties and was able to understand exactly what we needed and found the perfect house for us. He is very knowledgeable about the market as well as his technical experience with contract negotiating. His help didn't stop there he went up and beyond the call of duty. Gave us phone numbers of contractors, painters what ever we needed met us at the house several times to give us access to plan things never ever said gee I can't or won't always made it work to our schedule. Kris was my crucial resource, and guided me through the inexplicable process of a Short Sale. Throughout the whole experience, he made himself available for questions and reassurance. As you can imagine, that is a very anxious time. He did an excellent job interfacing with the buyers and their agent. I had mountains of paper work and RFI's from the bank. He kept all of that organized and only involved me when I needed to be. Kris facilitated one of the most complicated procedures that I have endured and I came out on the other side thankful for his help.

Kris helped us with our home purchase a couple of years ago and I'm so glad we had him representing us.
